THE CHALLENGE

The Jensen Health Challenge consists of several categories: Weight Loss, 3x a Week Work Out, 5x a Week Work Out, Sugar Once a Week, Sugar Once Bi-weekly, Sugar Once a Month, No Sugar 'til Reunion, 5k Fun Run (1 mile run/walk for kids), and Kick a Habit. Find a challenge you can stick with until the reunion. The purpose of this blog is for accountability and support. We all want to see each other succeed and make healthy life choices. Hopefully this will be a way to do that while having fun and getting prizes at the end! Obviously some contests afford only one top dog, such as weight loss, but others can have as many prizes as there are people to complete the challenge! All the children who complete the fun run/walk will receive a prize as well. Nicole is working out how much prizes will cost, and we can just split the cost between all of us. Sorry, funds allow only one prize per person. We hope everyone will stick to a challenge until the reunion. Here's to healthier lives!

How to Contend

After you become an author to the blog, sign in, and then to add yourself as a contender in a category go to Customize (top right corner) and then an outline of the blog will show up. Just click edit on the challenges you are interested in and type your name in under contenders and then click save. If you have questions feel free to contact me. The contest officially starts Thursday, May 21st.

Administrators

Sorry everyone, I didn't realize I had to make everyone administrators in order for you to add yourselves to the different categories, you should be able to if you couldn't before. Please just try not to erase anything or mess with the settings, that way we can keep it organized and running well. Thanks!
